Preparing For The YEBOJ

So why is today insane? Let me count the ways…

On Wednesday the Navs got a $400 transfer request approved by the university to move funds into our food account. Only problem is that the Student Government treasurer hasn’t signed off his approval of our purchase order yet. He’s supposed to come in today sometime this afternoon. I just called about 5 minutes ago and he has still yet to show up however.

When he does finally come in and put his John Hancock where is belongs I have to rush over to Purchasing at the University Center and pick up the actual purchase order. And then I have to go grocery shopping at Publix with Tasha. After all that I can relax…

Until Jon and I have to get up at 3 AM to reserve the YEBOJ site at Tom Brown Park. Evidently last year Andy and Scott did the same thing: got there at around 4 AM. At 4:10 AM some guy came looking to reserve the spot they were at. So this is not overkill.

So yeah, that’s my day/night/life.
